Our Story

After fifteen years each of working within the hospitality industry, long time friends and associates, Vineet Kalra & Ricardo Guimaraes, came together to follow their passion for food, beverages, and the city of London.

 

In 2020, they founded K&G Hospitality, a company specialising in activating food and beverage led concepts and sites.

 

K&G Hospitality’s projects focus on offering great experiences through masterly curated menus, expertly trained staff, and top-end design.

Vineet Kalra

Managing Director

Vineet has 15 years+ of experience in the finance and property industry. Most recently, he acted as the Group Operations Director for the world’s leading co-living operator, The Collective. During Vineet’s time there, he was a member of the executive board, responsible for key decision-making and strategy setting for the business. He also led the Commercial, Residential, and F&B Operations teams for the company, covering New York, London, and Berlin.

 

Ricardo Guimaraes

Managing Director

Ricardo has over 14 years of experience in the field of Hospitality Operations; with the past 7 years focused in London. Ricardo has a proven track record of successful projects, from inception through development and to completion. Some of his past projects include Pop Brixton, Vinegar Yard, Casa Do Frango and The Collective F&B. Before working in London, Ricardo was instrumental in the development of projects at the Yeatman Hotel, Porto and the Sheraton New York, Times Square.

Samuel Jeavons

Head of Operations

Sam is an Operations Manager and F&B Enthusiast that has worked in the Hospitality sector for over 20 years. With exemplary service & guest experience as his core values, Sam has worked with many of London’s recognised operators, including The London Cocktail Club, Barrio Bars, Eataly & The breakfast Group and has helped to Launch and Manage innovative, guest-focused venues throughout London and the UK. Before his experience in Operations Management, You could have found Sam making Cocktails in various London Establishments.

Dinal Pattni

Finance Manager

Dinal has worked in the banking sector for 14 years where she started working from a branch to being a Service Delivery Manager. Her experience includes working within personal, commercial and corporate banking with the RBS Group. Dinal currently leads the Accounting and HR function for K&G Hospitality.

Carolina Perez

Web & Graphic Design

Carolina has 10 years of experience working in the Fine Art and Graphic Design industries; the last 7 years focused in London. She has worked with reputable companies such as Christie's, Phillips Auctioneers, and Hauser & Wirth. Carolina currently collaborated on the Web Design and Tech for K&G Hospitality.  

 

Lesley Ellard

Group Sales Manager 

Lesley is a vastly experienced Head of Business Development, Sales and Events Manager. She has worked for over 20 years in hospitality. From conception to completion, she has organised and managed a large array of events including: the Led Zeppelin After Party, star-studded private dinners for clients such as Barbara Streisand, and numerous big-budget weddings. She has also been responsible for corporate events, such as ones for Barclays, Sony and L’Oréal.
